Maths

This week, we will still be using White Rose and everything has been downloaded ready for you below. Every day, watch the video and then either print the worksheet or write the answers on paper or in a book.

In maths lessons this week, we will be exploring lines and angles. It would be useful if you had a protractor for the learning this week.

Don't forget to do some Doodle Maths every day!

Last week, Year 2 were the top class!

Oh no Year 5! Can you beat them this week?

You will need a 180 (semicircle) protractor on Monday and Tuesday. If you don’t have one, you can print one below. You will also need a ruler.

Monday 29th June

Today, we will be measuring with a protractor. Take care to measure from the correct side and be accurate.

Wednesday 1st July

Today, we are calculating angles on a straight line. You do not need a protractor today because you are calculating rather than measuring.

Thursday 2nd July

In today's lesson, we will be calculating angles around a point. Don't try to measure the angles with a protractor! You need to use the information in each question to calculate.
