This week, we will be using the Oak Academy for our English lessons. On their website, the children will watch a video of a lesson taught by a teacher. They will then be given some activities to have a go at. 

 

These lessons will build up skills throughout the unit and the children will produce a final written piece in lesson 5. Use the button in the right hand corner of the screen to navigate between sections of the lesson. You can pause the video and come back to it at any point.

For this lesson, click on the link below to watch the video and make sure your child has a pencil and paper ready to do the activities. You may need to help your child pause the video at the right times and with reading the quiz questions at the end.
